At Jacquard Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
